3.2 The pialgorithms SaaS platform (“Platform”) is a separate service accessible only to authorised users of subscribing organisations. Access to and use of the Platform is governed by the Software-as-a-Service Agreement entered into between pialgorithms and the subscribing organisation (the “Customer”), together with the Data Processing Agreement and all associated annexes. These Terms do not govern Platform use.
3.3 pialgorithms reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion and without prior notice. Changes shall become effective upon their publication on the Website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically to be informed of any modifications. Continued use of the Website following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4.1 The Website is an informational and promotional website that describes the services offered by pialgorithms, including the pialgorithms SaaS platform and its modules: Athenaeum (document storage, indexing, and AI-powered tagging), Lexicon (AI-powered document retrieval and chat), Hermes (structured information extraction), and Panorama (usage analytics, AI token consumption tracking, and reporting dashboards).
4.2 The content of the Website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, nor does it constitute a direct or indirect recommendation to take any action.

7. AI SERVICES DISCLOSURE
In accordance with EU Regulation 2024/1689 (EU AI Act):
(a) The services promoted on this Website include features that use artificial intelligence models provided by Microsoft Azure OpenAI for document analysis, information extraction, retrieval, tagging, image captioning, and conversational features.
(b) AI-generated outputs are produced by third-party models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. All AI outputs require human review and validation before reliance.
(c) The AI features of the Platform do not constitute automated decision-making that produces legal effects within the meaning of GDPR Article 22.
(d) Customer data processed through the Platform is not used to train or improve AI models.
